More reception staff on front desk- Often a queue and there is only 1 receptionist to deal with many patients.
Always a long queue.

Ive only just singed up so l have no experience with any Doc's and its only temp Docs.

Practice is comparatively pleasant to visit.
It would be prefereble to be allocated to a single regular GP.
It would be better if you could ring for an appointment and get it in a day or two.
It seems not that you either get on appointment at a few hours notice or you have to wait 2/3 weeks.
